Responsibility:
You will assist the sales team with maintaining a proprietary database in order to support the sales processes. Provides information internally and to customers regarding pricing, SPA, product information, inventory and etc.(协助销售人员处理销售数据等)
Essential Functions：
• Help sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.（协助销售团队）
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve pricing issue.（处理价格问题）
• Generate distribution weekly Inventory Reports.(更新库存报告)
• Assist with Sales Team monitoring the online pricing and fix the channel price weekly
• Create SPA (special pricing requests for deals)
• ordering and tracking（物流订单处理）
Desired Skills and Experience
• Certificate from college or technical school or at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Data Entry and Typing by Touch
• Problem Solving
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Good Excel Skills(熟练的Excel技巧)
