E Commerce - Customer Service (La Puente)
We are a fast growing E Commerce company that specialize in name brand beauty products.
We are seeking for someone flexible, motivated and energetic personnel that can join our team and expand our business.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Process orders from our online stores. (Amazon, Ebay, Website and etc)
• Add and edit products in our database.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and emails
• Organize and manage inventory / create product assemblies
• Process wholesale orders and inquiries
• Basic office administrative tasks
• Product Pick & Pack and order fulfillment
Requirements:
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
• Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel a must)
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve with minimal supervision
• Friendly, reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Available 30-40 hours per week: Monday - Friday
