We're looking for an energetic E-commerce Associate to help us with our online business. We've been in the business for many years and we're trying to grow our online presence.
We're a tight knit team -- we need someone who is able to be independent because everyone's duties are extremely crucial in the operation of the business. We have some areas that need some tending to so we can continue expansion. That's where you come in. We're very laid back and easy going but very focused on making sure our work is taken care of. Our goal with this job position is to create additional company value in the areas that we've been lacking. It's extremely important that work be taken care of on a daily basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Customer services, including evaluate customer experience, manipulate feedbacks and the product reviews
2) Write product descriptions and content, build and edit product images, create listings on our website and Amazon, eBay, Craiglist etc, and adjust information such as price, description and pictures.
3) Daily postings of promotional ads to various marketing channels.
4) Prepare blog posts as needed, including SEO friendly keywords and images.
5). Social media in different channels such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in Art, Communications, Business or English is desired
2) Excellent Writing Skills
3) knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
4) Email Marketing experience is preferred
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required
6)Video and Photography making experience desired but not required
7) Chinese Mandarine desired
8) Amazon selling experience is highly desired
9) Graduate students are welcome but must have work authorization. We don't sponsor H1 at the moment.
