--有较强的学习能力，能很快理解并掌握美容院经营理念；

--监督并培训各个店的经营管理，善于发现问题并协助解决；
--能够有培训店长的培训能力，把品牌的经营理念传达下去。
--有经验者择优，对美容行业熟悉即可；
--中丶英文流利择优。
--需持有绿卡或是美国公民。

Manager of Training Division:
--Strong ability of studying and possessing the operational principle of beauty salon;
--Ability of macro operation and adaptability in order for the implementation of standardization of the management of beauty salon;
--Ability of supervising and training operational management of individual store as well as of detecting problems and troubleshooting;
--Ability of training store managers in order to cascade management principle;
--Preferable if having experience in beauty salon;
--Preferable if fluent in both English and Chinese mandarin;
--US citizen or green card holder is required.
--We are committed to providing staff training. Once hired as manager of training division, comprehensive training secessions in both China and US will be arranged.


美容院店长及顾问（3名）
--有美容行业经验；
--工作认真负责，有较强的责任心，热爱美容行业；
--有较强的中医药理论基础知识，了解人体的经脉系统，并将其运用到美体项目中；
--理解并掌握美容院经营理念，制定经营方针与目标，全面贯彻并促进达成；
--监督管理对美容院日常工作分配丶出勤考核丶人员配置丶教育培训丶员工工作规范丶行为规范丶卫生管理的执行情况，设定相应的考核管理制度丶奖惩制度；
--掌握每日丶每周丶每月丶每季度目标达成，业绩状况及时分析，总结优劣并做出相应的对策；
--制定美容院的服务项目丶宣传推广丶销售计划丶持续开发新客源，稳定老客源；
--有能力培训店内其他美容技师，耐心，细致；
--善于与客人进行沟通，并能提供满意的服务；
--会用英语进行一般的交流。

Store Manager and Consultant:
--We need some one have Beauty industry experience;
--Strong dedication and strong sense of responsibility to beauty salon;
--Relative strong knowledge and skill sets on Chinese therapeutically medicine, theory of meridians and proper application to body care;
--Comprehension of management mechanism of beauty salon, capability of layout of operation objectives and guidelines as well as ability of implementation and execution;
--Supervising and managing daily assignments, clock-in and clock-out, staff allocation, education and training, standardization of staff behavior, store sanitation, setting up assessment system and incentive system;
--Assessing and analyzing objective-completion performance daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and recapping work performance in order to better adjust work performance forward;
--Drafting the service scope provided, commercial and advertisement, sales plan, and constantly expending customer base whilst keeping patrons;
--Possession of the ability to train beauty technicians with patient and delicacy;
--Being able to keep smooth communication with clients and provide customer satisfaction;
--Being able to speak English moderately;
--US citizen or green card holders is required.

美容院美容技师(10名)
--持有美容职业执照。
--为客户做肌肤检测及分析，并提供专业保养建议；
--提供脸部保养按摩服务。
--提供脸位美容丶精油芳疗技术及仪器操作服务；
--提供美容保养丶精油芳疗丶压力缓解及养生保健等之时传播。
--顾客关系维护。
--店内活动推广。
--中丶英文流利。
--需持有绿卡或是美国公民。
--公司十分重视员工的培训工作。被招聘的美容顾问，公司将安排免费对其在美国和中国的全面培训。同时，公司鼓励员工积极进取，对业绩好表现突出的员工提供发展的空间，如可以发展成为美容院的管理者即店长。

Consultant for beauty salon:
--Possession of relevant certificate or credentials of beauty salon;
--Provision of professional care solution by offering clients with skin testing and analysis;
--Provision of facial care and massage;
--Provision of facial beauty, oil aromatherapy techniques and equipment operation service;
--Provision of knowledge on beauty care, oil aromatherapy, pressure release and health care;
--Maintaining customers relations;
--Promotion and advertisement for salon;
--Be able to speak in both English and Chinese;
--US citizen or green card holders is required.
--We are committed to providing staff training. Once hired as skin-care consultant, comprehensive training secessions in both China and US will be arranged.
