I don't have much information on USC transfer. Below are community colleges that have high transfer rate to UCs.
Santa Monica College, Pasadena City College, and Los Angeles Pierce College are among the best. SMC offers the most courses and has the highest amount of transfers to UCLA. If you live in Orange County, Orange Coast College, Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College are good schools too.
Regardless which community college you go to, you would need high GPA in order to qualify for UC schools and selective private schools such as USC.
