I have one room (upstairs) available in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath room house. The house is on the golf course in Sierra Lakes, it is close to the 210 Freeway, Costco, Target, Victoria Gardens, Home Depot, LA Fitness/24 Hour Fitness, Ontario Airport, and about 15 minutes away from CSUSB.
About the room:
Private Room & Shared Bathroom $400 + $400 deposit which includes utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet).
***You get full house privileges. The home is fully furnished so you only need to furnish your room. Kitchen is a good size with cupboard space for everyone to store food and cookware. ***
About us:
My husband & I are both work in the City of Industry, we usually leave early in the morning, and come back around 9:00 PM.
What I am looking for in a roommate:
Respectful, responsible, pay their bills on time, and keep the environment friendly.
I am open to any individuals of any age or gender.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS. Drinking is fine.
