Office & Sales Assistant (Retail Operations)

### POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized Office & Sales Assistant to be the "heart" of our Fountain Valley showroom. This role is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, enjoys interacting with people, and has a passion for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and the key coordinator who keeps our service department running smoothly.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Concierge: Greet walk-in customers with a warm, professional demeanor, provide basic product information, and manage the front-desk experience.

Sales Support & Cashiering: Process sales transactions, manage payments, and ensure all customer data is accurately entered into our system.

Operations Coordination (Odoo): Use our Odoo ERP system to:

Schedule maintenance and repair appointments for our technicians.

Coordinate parts inventory and dispatch for repair jobs.

Track work orders from start to finish.

Office Management: Maintain the showroom's visual appeal, manage incoming calls/emails, and ensure the office stays organized and efficient.

### QUALIFICATIONS (Who you are)
Exceptional Communication: You have a friendly, patient, and professional communication style that makes customers feel valued.

The "Organization Pro": You have a natural knack for keeping schedules tight and workspaces tidy. You hate seeing a "messy" calendar.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software systems. Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM software is a huge plus (but we will train the right person).

Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You are punctual, trustworthy with financial transactions, and careful with data entry.

Multitasker: Ability to handle a phone call, a walk-in customer, and a technician’s request with grace and a smile.
