A growing supermarket is seeking an experienced Produce Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of the vegetables and fruits department.

Responsibilities:
• Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory of produce items
• Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper display
• Supervise and schedule department staff
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive produce displays
• Control shrink and improve department sales performance
• Work closely with store management to maintain efficient operations

Requirements:
• Experience in supermarket produce department preferred
• Strong responsibility and work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

工作职责：
• 负责蔬果商品的订货、收货及库存管理
• 确保商品的新鲜度、品质以及良好的陈列展示
• 负责部门员工的管理与排班
• 保持蔬果区域整洁、有序，并确保陈列美观
• 控制损耗，提高部门销售业绩

职位要求：
