Business Development（BD）专员

岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）：
对接并维护各大卖货平台资源（电商平台、渠道方、服务商等）；
开发并对接亚马逊美国本土卖家，建立长期合作关系；
挖掘客户需求，推动商务合作落地并完成业绩目标；
协助制定并执行市场拓展及平台招商策略；
跟进合作项目进度，协调内部团队，确保合作顺利进行。
任职要求（Qualifications）：
有BD、商务拓展、电商平台或相关经验者优先；
熟悉亚马逊平台及美国本土卖家生态者优先；
中英文流利（听、说、读、写），可进行商务沟通；
具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和执行力；
工作积极主动，责任心强，具备一定抗压能力；
可合法在美国工作。

Location: California (Remote / On-site negotiable)

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with major e-commerce platforms and sales channels;
Identify and work directly with U.S.-based Amazon sellers;
Explore client needs and drive business cooperation from lead to execution;
Support market expansion and platform partnership strategies;
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience in business development, e-commerce, or platform partnerships preferred;
Familiar with Amazon marketplace and U.S. seller ecosystem is a plus;
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written);
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills;
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
Authorized to work in the United States.
