Accounting Assistant Qualifications & Job Details:
- 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting and Book Keeping
- Able to keep up and work alongside with Accountant
- Able to handle high volumes of transactions and documents
- Organized and detailed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Quick Book
- Must have general knowledge with using the computer
- Will handle general office admin work
- A degree in Accounting is preferable, but not required
- Experience in import/export documentation is a plus
- MUST BE BILINGUAL in Chinese and English, and knowing Spanish is a bonus.
Work Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: Will negotiate based on experience
