Business Operation Specialist/业务运营专员

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, or closely related field of study.

Currently, First Ancheng Insurance Agency Inc has an opening for a Business Operation Specialist. Here are the following duties:
1. Review and analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Work with management to review job responsibilities and alter employee and departmental tasks based on company needs;
3. Deliver monthly report to management on industry trends and recommend changes in company procedures in order to maximize those trends;
4. Prepare analytical reports and support compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory standards;
5. Conduct research and investigation on workflows and business procedures to improve company’s productivity and revenue making procedures.
