Victory Maritime Services USA is a freight forwarding company specializing in US-China trade line. We are looking for a Logistics Operator to help run our shipments efficiently and timely. In this position you will be communicating with import or export carriers to confirm booking and receive shipping details. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and detail oriented. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the shipments on time.

Responsibilities
Review customer documentation, confirm as correct and complete or request revised documents
Identify shipments requiring special handling and regulatory compliance due to shipment characteristics or value, documentation, commodity, country of origin or destination, shipper or consignee
Enter required information into freight management system
Print and review documentation, confirm as correct and completeCommunicate frequently with customs brokers, truckers, and other related vendors and ensure shipments delivered timely
Complete invoicing and billing process & Comply with all applicable regulations

Qualifications
1 Years experience in Ocean/Air Freight Forwarding
Bachelor Degree preferred
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Unparalleled customer service skillsExcellent communication skills
Responsible and detail orientedKnowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems, and objectives
Bilingual - Chinese Mandarin and English required
