Accountant（Irvine/Full-time ）

Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and fast-paced individual who is willing to join a fast-growing company. The ideal applicant will have solid accounting knowledge, be a problem solver with good organizational skills, be dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. We are looking for a full-time or part-time accountant that fits well into our Accounting team. This is a delightful working environment. The candidates must have 2 years or more experience in a general accounting position.

A successful candidate must be able to:
l BS in Accounting required
l Minimum 2 years experience
l Full Accounting cycle experience
l Cost analysis report
l Fix assets controls & management
l Demonstrated excel proficiency for reporting
l Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
l Excellent attention to detail
l Intermediate to advance level in MS Excel
l Outgoing personality with the ability to integrate into a dynamic team
l Superior verbal/written communication skills

Qualifications:
l Month and year-end close
l Journal entries, billing and reconciliations
l Cost Accounting
l Participate in cost management
l Cost analysis and true-up analysis
l Participate in expense budget control
l Involve with annual audit by external auditors
l Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, 1099s
l Special projects and other duties as required
