责任和职责:
-协助糕点师/厨师/法式蛋糕师
-准备食材
-准备蛋糕基底、面团和奶油
-熟知设备的正确维护和使用方式，仅按照设计意图、正确和安全地使用设备和工具
-严格遵守州级卫生/健康监管要求
-检查生产计划表
-确定当天的优先事项
-按照部门标准，根据食谱和产量指南准备所有菜单项
-使用不同的配料装饰糕点，确保呈现效果
-检查所有工具、设备和用品的清洁程度和工作条件

资格和要求:
-拥有高中文凭/(GED)
-具有糕点厨师、学徒或蛋糕装饰师经验者优先考虑
-具备较强的组织能力和多任务处理能力
-能够准确地遵循食谱和指示
-具备糕点艺术和食材知识者优先考
-持有食品处理证书
-每周至少工作28小时
-必须年满18岁才能申请该职位

Job Description
-We are a patisserie shop from Hong Kong located in San Gabriel seeking
talents for Pastry Cook, Apprentices, and Cake decorators who are
willing to take challenges and grow rapidly with the Patisserie Tony
Wong US team. We will serve a variety of delicious cakes and pastries
made in-house with the best quality ingredients. Pastry Cooks,
Apprentices and Cake Decorators must have positive energetic attitudes
and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
-Assist Pastry Cook/ Chef
-Prep Ingredients
-Prep cake-based, dough, and cream
-Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use
equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely
-Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations requirements
-Check the production schedule
-Establish priority items for the day
-Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to departmental standards
-Decorating pastries using different ingredients to ensure the presentation
-Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment, and supplies
-Good time management

Qualifications and Requirements
-High school diploma/GED
-Pastry Cook, Apprentice, or Cake Decorator experience preferred
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
-Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
-Knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients preferred
-Food Handling Certificate
-Able to work at least 28 hours minimum a week
-MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
