30 years Furniture wholesaler is looking for a Logistics Analyst
Position: Full-time Logistics Analyst
Location: City of Industry, CA
$20.00 per hour
Job Duties
-Act as point of contact between carriers, forwarders, and drayage providers.
-Analyze inbound and outbound data to make strategic decisions and process improvements.
-Responsibilities·
Handle day-to-day communication tasks with carriers, terminals, and drayage companies.
* ERP system data entry for each inbound container shipment.
* Perform replenishment planning and cost analysis for direct import.
* Process daily EDI orders and ensure inventory accuracy at remote distribution hubs.
* Develop and document all processes to make supply chain more efficient and organized.
* Other job duties as assignedDesired Skills and Experience
* Experience working with ERP systems
* Strong MS Office skills with ability to adapt to new software
* Data Analysis
* Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work productively in a group setting
