Job Title: Production Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with production supervisor to improve existing product’s marketing campaigns or developing new products fit for the company. You will also be expected to coordinate with fellow employees at Chinese factories to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The qualifying candidate must love helping people and must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization. Most of your time is spent on business and organizational aspects of producing and distributing power sports production gear in North American market.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Work with production supervisor to facilitate and follow-up status of production
• Organizing paperwork, such as purchase orders and shipping schedule
• Keeping production records, as well as coordinating purchasing with clients
• Monitor all phases of product development and business development, and help to resolve roadblocks
• Assist in establishing task and product milestones during the development stage
• To ensure smooth operations throughout the production and distribution life of given products
• Data entry of production records
• Maintain domestic and foreign shipping documentation

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be a self-starter and able to work will with others at all levels in the organization.
• Must have a flexible "can do" disposition and attitude.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, punctual, responsible for own actions
• Must be fluent (written and spoken) in Chinese and English.
• Ability to multitasking with accuracy
• Production planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred
