我和男朋友准备情人节订婚，然后结婚，他在网上查，为什么说要担供双方的社会安全号，我是b1/b2怎么会有社会安全号呢，我们都不懂。请教，马里兰州和其它州不同吗。

可以登陆要去登记的那个County的网站，看County具体的要求。
一般不需要社安号。

我男朋友是在county网站在查说，要社会号，我只是觉得不可能，所以还是想在确定一下，如果真是这样，我们只能选择到其它地方登记结婚了。。。

The application will be taken under oath and will include the following information:
1.full name of each party
2.place of residence of each party
3.age of each party
4.whether the parties are related by blood or marriage and, if so, in which degree of relationship
5.the marital status of each party; and
6.whether either party was married previously, and the date and place of EACH death or judicial determination that ended any former marriage (Bring divorce decrees, death certificate or court orders for ALL previous marriages)
7.provide the clerk with the Social Security number of each party who has a Social Security number

马里兰州有的地方确实需要SSN
Montgomery County, Maryland.
It was not required. I had mine, they didnt ask for his. On their website "Social Security Number of each party who has one"
其实可以去一个不要SSN的地方结婚便可。
