We are a multimedia company that engages a global audience of millions of viewers monthly. We are looking for a detail-oriented, and passionate team player to join our growing team as Executive Assistant & Translator. The candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality administrative support to the executive team and providing translation from oral speech and written text in a variety of contexts.
Responsibilities:
Act as an interpreter and translator (English-Chinse)Translate written materials Handle and prioritize outgoing or incoming correspondences for the ExecutiveComplete projects instructed by the ExecutiveMake travel arrangements for the executivesAble to travel if neededMaintain executive agendas and assist in planning appointmentsHandle confidential documents ensuring they remain securePerforms other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:


2 years of administrative or executive secretary experience 2 years interpretation/translationAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredHigh degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be professional, respectfully follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.MUST be fluent in both CHINESE AND ENGLISH
