Furniture Import and wholesale company looking for full-time Accounting Assistant Manager.
Job Location:
o City of Industry, CA
Job Description
o Supervise the Accounting Associate positions responsible for Account Payable and Account Receivable processing.o Daily cashiers cash receipt journal reconciliationo Daily cashiers’ substitutions if necessaryo Daily deposito Monthly closeout- Process all aspects of monthly close of financial records.
- Retrieve necessary month-end statements for monthly closeout process.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Reconciliation.
- Maintain monthly closeout checklist and exception journal entry log.
o Assist Accounting Manager in preparation of any audit.
o Other duties
- Maintain a variety of reports, record, and files.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operating Manager or
- Accounting Manager

Job Requirements:
Heightened attention to detail, able to assess priorities to meet deadlines and serve in a supervisory capacity.Desire to serve others and be a key player in a small team environment.College degree with experience and a good understanding of accounting principles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook.Exceptional communicator (written, oral.)
