Accounting Assistant (For SLMT/ SLMG, base in Headquarter)
Job Type : Full-time,
Salary: Starting from $20 an hour
Job Description:
Verify & maintain the accuracy of daily transactions and vendor/customer records.Issuing invoices & posting bills in a timely and accurate manner.Check and follow up for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.Prepare & generate monthly financial reports.Bank reconciliation and other duties as assignedQualifications:
Knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)Detail Oriented and well organizedAble to work in a fast pace environment1 year experience in accounting (Preferred)Bilingual is a plus but not requiredDegrees / Certificate in Accounting or Finance is a plusRequirements: Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Must be able to do an in person interview.
