庇护者能不能买枪？什么时候可以买枪？

【庇护等待 Pending】
目前处在庇护等待阶段，不可以买枪。
庇护等待阶段包括尚未面谈（积压）、已经面谈但是没有结果、收到建议通过信但是没有收到最终通过信、移民法庭上庭阶段、BIA上诉阶段、联邦巡回法院上诉阶段。
就算有C08工卡、社安卡也不可以！

不要告诉我，有人在等待期间就买到枪了，那是不合法的行为。

【庇护批准 Granted】
庇护获得批准以后拿到新的I-94卡就可以买枪。
如果在收到正式的永久绿卡前买枪，必须考一个猎照 Hunting License。

【绿卡】
可以买枪！
必须考个枪证 Handgun Safety License。

【公民】
可以买枪！
必须考个枪证 Handgun Safety License。
