岗位要求主要包括：
有1到2年人事经验优者先考虑。 招聘（包括背景调查， 入职， 入职培训），员工培训， 员工关系以及考勤管理的知识和实战经验优先考虑。
仓库行政工作优先考虑但不做要求。
对OHSA和安全工作的政策的了解和学习能力。
英语书面和口头沟通能力强。有意愿学习并爱好调研者优先考虑。
有普通话/中文的读写听技能的优先考虑。

Logistics Plus Inc. California is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Ocean Inc. Blue Ocean Inc. is a leading third-party service provider based in North America that combines fulfillment center, warehousing, technical support, and logistics along with after-sales support. We are a one-stop forward and reverse logistics service company that focuses on third-party online retailers. Customers have access to a turn-key system, streamlined operation process, and a professional team to solve their problems of Life-Cycle Logistics. After more than 5 years of development, Blue Ocean Inc has established a mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have about 155 employees in OR, CA, DE, and TN locations. To fulfill the needs of business development, we are hiring a passionate and professional HR/Admin Assistant to join our warehouse in Baldwin Park, CA (zip code 91706), this is a hybrid role with HR tasks report to the headquarter HR Manager (50%) and other tasks report to CA Branch Manager (50%).

Job requirements include but not limited to:
1-2 years of HR experience is highly preferred. Knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment (including background check, onboarding, orientation), training, employee relationship, and attendance reporting are preferred.
1-2 years of administrative assistant experience in a warehouse is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures/OSHA.
Mandarin/Chinese speaking and writing skills are preferred but not required.

Hours and schedule:

Full-Time Position: 40 hours/week plus daily and weekly overtime pay.
8 hours day shift with 30 minutes non-paid lunch break.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE
