岗位概述
Summary
协助公司注塑丶喷涂丶物流等生产设备的维修与管理，及时协调解决故障，确保设备状况良好。
Assistant with the maintenance and management of the company's injection molding, painting, logistics and other production equipment, coordination to resolve the problem in time, and ensure that the equipment is in good condition.


职责描述
Responsibility
1丶 协助制定工厂设备保养及维护计划并组织实施并检查；
2丶 保证设备的完好，确保生产的正常进行；
3丶 监控设备的运行，并对设备的故障原因进行分析并组织解决；
4丶 收集整理各项设备运行数据记录，进行定期分析，不断改善；
5丶 协助设备维护费用管理及成本控制；
6丶配合设备选型丶采购丶安装及调试；
7丶协助设备安全操作规程的实际操作监督及安全风险的预估和防范；
8丶协助本部门团队建设与管理，制定部门相关制度规范；
9丶组织员工制定个人工作及培训计划，监督执行并提供辅导；
10丶完成上级主管交办的其他工作。
1. Assistant with formulate maintenance and maintenance plans for plant equipment and organizing implementation and inspection;
2. Ensure the integrity of the equipment and ensure the normal production;
3. Monitor the operation of the equipment and analyze the causes of the equipment failure and organize the solution;
4. Collect and organize the operation data records of various equipments, conduct regular analysis, and continuously improve;
5. Assistant with equipment maintenance cost management and cost control;
6. Cooperate with equipment selection, procurement, installation and commissioning;
7. Assistant with the actual operation supervision of equipment safety operation procedures and the estimation and prevention of safety risks;
8. Assistant with team building and management in this department, and formulate relevant departmental system specifications;
9. Organize employees to develop personal work and training plans, supervise execution and provide counseling;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


任职资格
Qualifications
1丶接受全球轮岗（美国丶墨西哥丶中国）。
2丶本科及以上学历，工业工程丶机械工程及相关专业；
3丶8年以上大型生产制造企业工作经验，5年以上部门管理经验，有汽车行业经验优先；
4丶对设备管理和维护具有较强的操作能力，能够主导公司生产设备的维护工作；
5丶熟悉涂装工艺丶注塑工艺丶塑料产品性能和结构；熟悉机械手及机械运行原理和操作模式；
6丶熟悉熟悉EHS法律法规体系，熟悉VDA6.3知识丶IATF16949质量体系知识；
7丶熟练使用office丶Auto-CAD等软件；
8丶敬业精神；责任意识；积极主动；团队合作精神；持续改进；学习促进感；公平公正意识；
1丶Accept global job rotation( USA / Mexio / China ).
2丶Bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering relevant majors;
3丶8 working experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, 5 years working experience in equipment maintenance management, experience in auto industry is preferred；
4丶Has strong operational ability for equipment management and maintenance, and can lead the maintenance work of the production equipment;
5丶 Familiar with painting process, injection molding process, performance and structure of plastic products; familiar with manipulator and mechanical operation principle and operation mode;
6丶Familiar with the EHS legal and regulatory system, familiar with VDA6.3 and IATF16949 quality system;
7丶Familiar with usage of Office, Auto-CAD and other software
