★Experienced Loan Processor: Need a full time experienced loan processor that is knowledgeable with Encompass.

★Experienced Escrow Assistant: Need a full time experienced escrow assistant that is knowledgeable with Streamline.

Applicant Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English. Bilingual-English/Chinese is a plus.
- Detail oriented, good number sense, willing to working in fast pace office environment.
- In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations; balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a results drive; approach; identify customer needs, explore all options; forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication; comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures; good knowledge of MS Excel.
