Market Sales Manager

Since its establishment, SOKISS INC. DBA Sokiss Vape has been a
industry leading designer and manufacturer for premium cannabis oil
cartridges. We are a group of energetic and creative individuals who are
committed to bringing cartridges with trendiest design and highest
quality to the vaping cannabis industry. Now, with our high paced growth
in the US market, we are in need of a talent who is specialized in
business development and market expansion.


At Sokiss, routine is the last thing to be expected. As a Market
Sales Manager, you will need to proactively plan on your approaches to
close deals with business prospects and maintain business relationships.
As a market pioneer of our company, this individual is a highly
motivated and disciplined leader of him/herself with the brightest
potential for growth within the company


Responsibilities

1. Identifying and developing business opportunities, actively
approach vendors and distributors to maintaining relationships with
business partners. Negotiate price and close deals with business
partners

2. Evaluate, prepare and participate in industry trade shows.

3. Gather clients' feedback regarding product design, price and event operation and revert back to the company management

4. Attend weekly meetings with company management to review sales performance and set up new goals

5. Assist with warehouse duties as needed


Qualifications


1.Fluent in Mandarin

2. Solid background and social connections in cannabis industry highly preferred

3. Minimum of 3 years experience in wholesale or retail

4. Superior interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, being able to build trust with people in short period of time.

5. High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven

6. Work collaboratively as a team member.

7. Experienced in online marketing and campaign

8. Must own a car and a valid driver's license


Probation Period


New hire is required to go through a probation period of 3 months
before being accepted as a full time employee. During the probation
period, the new hire will be receiving the training necessary to
succeed, having multiple one on one meetings with corporate management
team. The probation period is also an opportunity for the new hire to
showcase his or her abilities to exceed managements expectations.


Job Types: Full-time, Commission


Salary: $3,500.00 to $4,500.00 /month Commission
