Harland Braun is a named Partner at Braun & Braun, LLP. Mr. Braun has over 50 years of experience in the legal profession and is a premier Los Angeles criminal defense attorney. Mr. Braun is well known and well respected for his expertise in navigating the State and Federal judicial system, his ability to interface with news media when desirable to help guard against bias in high-profile and celebrity cases, and his efforts to ensure that his clients receive fair and equal treatment.
Mr. Braun received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1967 where he served as Senior Editor on the UCLA Law Review. After law school, Mr. Braun worked at the Office of Economic Opportunity in Washington, D.C. Topic: Business insurance, Risk Management-Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training.

David Lin committed himself to the insurance industry in 1992. He believes in his heart “There is always room for us to help clients” and in real life he saw that” Insurance fund really help people rebuild their homeland” With this determination, David founded his first own insurance broker office “Topco insurance agency” in 1998 and until now, his mindset never changed. He always tells his employees, “All the insurance policies issued from Topco, we will make sure to take good care of it.”

Sue is a tax manager of the PwC State and Local Tax group in the Los Angeles Office where her main focus is sales/use tax. She has over 9 years of experience working on tax research, audit defense, refunds, voluntary disclosures, reverse audit projects, and issues related to the taxability of transactions. Sue also has experience in the area of multi-state sales/use tax compliance and working with sales/use tax systems including Vertex and SAP, as well as the experience in reconciling sales/use tax accounts and responding to state tax authorities in resolving sales/use tax notices for various clients. Her work has focused on clients in various industries including bio-technology, entertainment & media, manufacturing & distribution, medical devices, retail, and software.
