岗位职责：
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing resourcing and training requirements
2. Manage a team of editors (in-house and freelance) and supervise projects assigned to them
3. Plan and delegate tasks in keeping with writer/client requirements and delivery deadlines
4. Review and provide editorial input on documents of high strategic value
5. Contribute to proposal/pitch activity when required
6. Provide quality-related coaching or mentoring to team members, as appropriate
Develop and maintain necessary templates, formats, and style guides to ensure that documents generated meet client requirements
岗位要求：
Requirements:
1. MBBS/MD or Master’s/PhD in the Life Sciences with knowledge of clinical research
2. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong client satisfaction and quality focus
4. Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
5. Strong time and project management skills
Prior team management experience
