市场营销专员

We are a mobile internet project based on the sharing economy model . We have multiple teams in China, USA, Canada and other countries. At present, we are planning to establish a new management department in Los Angeles area. We are looking for a marketing specialist to join our team.
The perfect candidate should have 2-4 years of marketing/PR experience, and an undergraduate degree. Knowledge in the Chinese culture/language is a plus, but not required.
The person will be initially tasked in expanding our business.

Requirements:
1丶Formulate market plans and accomplish the set goals;
2丶develop effective user new plans;
3丶 Good communication skills in English and Chinese, negotiation skills, organization and coordination skills;
4丶 be familiar with the overall operation of Internet marketing, channel construction, product promotion, marketing;
5丶have excellent professional qualities and good team communication, coordination of organizational capabilities;
职位要求：
1， 制定市场计划，完成既定目标；
2， 制定有效的用户新增计划；
3，良好的中英文沟通能力，谈判能力，组织协调能力；
4，熟悉互联网市场营销整体运营，渠道建设，产品推广，市场宣传；
5，具备优秀的职业素养以及良好的团队沟通，协调组织能力；
