Location! Location! Location! The location is near Colima Rd and Fullerton Blvd. Every shopping experience you could ask for is within a 1 mile radius -- 85 Bakery, Chinese Market, 24 hour fitness, HomeDepot, Macy's, Ross, Target, Korean BBQ, lots of restaurants, etc.

You can take a decent size room for $630/mo plus utilities contribution of $25. The house is very well maintained, clean and furnished in a modern style. You'll get full access to the house -- there's a living room, full kitchen, Patio, etc..
The house is only 6 min drive to Mt. SAC, and 10 min to Cal POLY. Students and single professionals are greatly welcome. Couple OR children are maybe possible but with additional and extra fees.
