Job Summary:
This position will be a part of Business Services and Development Team to provide services to inQbrands and its sister companies Made-in-China.com and Crov.com’s clients and potential customers. This position requires an individual to interact with our showroom customers and assist them to expand their business in the U.S. It is also expected that the individual is sales oriented, exceptional customer service skills, takes lead on projects; is able to multi-task to complete each assigned job, and is creative in merchandising. The ideal candidate for this role must have a solid sales background, highly organized, possess strong analytical skills, merchandising skills, strategic agility, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Daily operations (open/close showroom, provide showroom visitors information via phone/email/tour, etc.) Showroom merchandising/display
Event / Sample sale set up
Manage the online showroom channel, such as pictures/videos shooting and uploading, data entering and showroom clients and products info. managing.
Communication with the China team for showroom clients’ needs.
Promote showroom products to drive more sales via sales cold calls, advertisement postings, EDM and other marketing methods. Establishing business relationships with US buyers, Chamber of Commences, trade associations, etc.
Achieve and exceed sales goals. May need to fill in other departments based on company needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven ability to work independently
Experience in merchandising/display
Solid sales background
Prior showroom management experience
Self-motivated and driven individual
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability and desire to grow/learn with our company
Ability to multi-task Wiling to travel to organize events, may include travel on some evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:
The ability to carry / lift to 60 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, carrying, and reaching.
Education and Experience: 5-year(s) experience in international trading, sales, business development, and/or the similar industry. Bachelor’s degree.
Familiar with computer functions and programs for Microsoft Office, the internet, and web-based programs
Highly prefer familiarity or expertise in international trading, marketing, sales, global sourcing.
Highly prefer familiarity with photography plus videography and production.
Management experience is a plus.
