*【Accountant Manager】 - Bilingual Chinese/English Job description: We are a growing travel company seeking a full time Chinese bilingual accountant with 3-5 years of accounting experience. Responsibilities and Duties of Accountant include:
职位要求：
1丶大学会计专业，三年以上相关经验，良好的中英文沟通能力；CPA 优先考虑。
2丶熟悉财务流程和财务软件，可以独立处理AP，AR，inventory核算，可以独立完成财务报表；
3丶有良好的工作责任心和团队协作能力，沟通能力强，能适应高强度工作，抗压能力。
Responsibilities include but are not limited to::
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
- Manage and perform the daily accounting functions. Perform all journal entries, accruals and prepare detailed financial statements.
- Analyze financial results of various operating units, develop additional reports for analysis, make recommendations for improvement and closely track the results.
- Interact with CPA firm at year end to review financial statements and tax returns and successfully achieve a set of audited financial statements.
- Maintain the system of accounts and keep the books and records on all Company transactions and assets.
- Prepare a detailed and timely a set of financial statements on a monthly basis in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare and present analysis of financial data for executive management; identifying trends, progress, and areas of improvement and concern.
- Coordinate and prepare budgets, mid-range plans and forecasts to assure realistic planning and forecasting.
- Cash management functions to include all aspects of: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job tracking and billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bank reconciliations.
