详细描述
Manage the day to day of the office, including the book keeping responsibilities. Assist the CEO and Sales Director. Work closely with the management, sales team and CPA. This position’s Job responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
Daily finance administrative works such as payment and expense management, transactions record and verify, budgeting and budget administration;
Purchase and sales data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/accounts receivable
Coordinating with HQ, partners and the CPA regarding accounting and other matters
Administrative support to the sales team on their management of the order cycle process
Coordinate travel reservations and travel expenses.
Requirements:
Proven basic bookkeeping experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks premium
Excellent Organizational Skills and Follow-up and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Basic understanding of importing and exporting business
Accounting and sales experience is a plus
Experience with royalty accounting is a plus
Experience in a sales or marketing organization preferred
Chinese language skills preferred
3 to 5 years of experience
Position is full time starting immediately. Salary based on experience to be in the $40-45k range with a 3-month trial period. Health insurance is included. Pls contact: shike2008@gmail.com
