终于打卡了,如愿以偿。虽然队很长,价格贵,但是值得。我只吃了7盘。 哈哈。

Two family members fell ill to nasty food poisoning couple of hours after having dinner at the Wynn buffet last week. We had to extend one night stay just to let them recoup. We reported to the front desk and was directed to file a report with the security team, which we did. No one came and checked on us after the report was filed but only until a day later while I was driving the members back to LA, Wynn customer service left a courtesy message saying sorry that we got sick and that they had concluded and CLOSED their investigation stating that it was not caused by the food they provided. We were totally puzzled that no one has contacted us and they had already cleared themselves and closed the case??? We called them back and spoke to the Claims rep Bridgett, the manager, Kristen, and up to the director, Trish Matthew trying to understand how they did their investigation and to provide us their investigation reports but all we were given was the run arounds of 'they BELIEVE it was not from the buffet'. And when asked to provide documentation guaranteeing that it was not from the buffet, the director stated that they could not do that. All these run arounds showed they were extremely unprofessional in handling this legitimate complaint. It also reflected badly on Wynn as an trustworthy company.
