凤城菜馆是老字号，最有名的是它的粥品及东江盐焗鸡，核桃虾，葱油北极贝，腐乳汁鲮鱼球，号称名菜四大天王。凤城的第二代的传人张太将之发扬光大，办起了中央厨房，开创了次品牌的“凤城美食坊”，广开分店，供应各式广东糖水点心及各式简餐。

Phoenix Inn Chinese Cuisine is a family-owned and operated business established in 1965. Our authentic Chinese home cooking has been served to the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley communities for over 4 decades. We have two locations, one in Chinatown and another in Alhambra.
