Home Paradise is a leading boutique real estate brokerage searching for Business Development Interns to join our team and help to expand our business and service clients in Southern California. Our brokerage is fast-growing and caters to a unique market, including domestic as well as foreign buyers. We are looking for young professionals who are motivated, hardworking and have enthusiasm in real estate industry. We have offices located in Pasadena, Commerce and Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Real estate market trend research and report presentation
· Identify and generate new sales leads
· Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
· Research, reach out to, and build up potential partnership
· Assist with company’s marketing and promotion activities
· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Skills and Qualifications Required:
· Windows and Microsoft Office Proficient
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
· Have knowledge about California real estate market and willing to learn
· Detail Oriented
· Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to solve tough problems
· The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
· Can work Independently and in a team
