1.负责洗丶剥丶削丶切各种食材，以完成烹饪的前置工作。
2.协助厨师测量食材的容量与重量。
3.于出菜时负责菜肴摆盘或调整份量之工作
。4. 学习煮面食，米饭类之主食
.5. 煎煮简单食材例如煎饺,蛋皮,等等
6. 清理厕所并将垃圾厨馀丢掉

Job Despcrption
1. Wash,peel, cut all different ingredients for preparation.
2. Assist cook in measure ingredients weights.
3. Cook and boil starches such as noodles, glass noodle, rice, sticky rice ,etc.
4. Cook simple dishes such as pan-fried dumpling, egg wrap, etc.
5. Clean restroom, working station, and take out trash at designated area.
6. Keep your station clean and sanitized by following health and safety code.
