It is the same site where we opened a tool store, which led to their development of a chain of 37 stores in California. The demographics of the traffic is excellent for this use and the closest competitor for the products that will be carried is located over 1 1/2 hours from Santa Rosa.
We have very substantial experience in developing and operating retail, direct marketing and franchising businesses. We will also create an e-commerce business and once the success of the Santa Rosa store is established, We will create a chain of additional stores through Company and franchised ownership. The investment would be $1Million for a 50% interest.
