Description
Warehouse daily operations management: proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other management system software, to ensure that goods warehousing, storage, picking, packing, distribution and other tasks are carried out smoothly, and that the operational process is systematized efficiently, accurately and safely. Personnel Management: Manage the warehouse operation team, including assigning tasks, training employees in key positions, monitoring employee performance, and complying with and enforcing safety procedures and company policies. Equipment Management and Consumables Management: Ensure warehouse equipment and normal operation and use, arrange regular inspection and maintenance of equipment. Responsible for the use and management of warehouse consumables. Safety Management: Ensure that the warehouse meets safety standards, conduct regular safety inspections, identify and rectify potential safety hazards, ensure the safety of the working environment for employees and prevent accidents. Optimize the process: according to the operation, optimize the warehouse operation process, improve efficiency and reduce costs. Including the proposed layout optimization, operation process re-engineering opinions. Coordination and communication: work closely with business-related departments to ensure a smooth supply chain, timely handling of all kinds of unexpected problems, to ensure that the material arrives on time, according to the requirements or issued. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report to the superior on warehouse operations, including inventory, personnel, work progress, etc., analyze operational data, and put forward operational difficulties to improve the program. Customer Service and Problem Solving: Handle customer and internal complaints and problems, ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction. Compliance with regulations and policies: Ensure that the warehouse operation complies with national laws and regulations, and conforms to the company's policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
OSHA certified, proficient in the use of warehouse equipment. Skilled in using WMS, MS office software. 3-5 years of overseas warehouse E-Com operation experience, 2 years of 3PL experience, 2 years of team management experience. Must have US legal working status. Flexible working hours according to business needs. Fluent in Chinese-English, strong analytical and problem solving skills. Logistics certification, supply chain certification or other warehouse management certification is a plus.
