Hiring: Part-Time Office Assistant ($19-$22/hr) - La Verne, CA
We are a toy e-commerce company selling on Amazon and Walmart, looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help with office tasks, shipping coordination, and simple data entry.
Great Growth Opportunity! If you do well, you can move up to other positions in the company.
We accept OPT students and interns! This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for a flexible schedule with some office experience.
What You’ll Do:
- [ ] Order and keep track of packaging supplies and office materials.
- [ ] Prepare shipping labels and documents for UPS and LTL shipments.
- [ ] Check shipping status and update records.
- [ ] Help with simple invoices and cost tracking.
- [ ] Print schedules, organize files, and handle some office paperwork.
- [ ] Communicate with the warehouse to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- [ ] Help with basic payroll tasks and employee schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
- [ ] Basic Excel & MS office skills.
- [ ] Can speak and write in English & Chinese.
- [ ] Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- [ ] Entry-level position - No prior experience needed, but any office or logistics experience is a plus!
- [ ] Perfect for college students, recent graduates, OPT students, interns, or anyone needing a flexible schedule.
Pay & Hours:
$19-$22 per hour
Part-time position (Flexible schedule)
Location: City of La Verne, CA (Close to Fairplex)

英语和中文流利,能进行基本的书面和口头沟通。
工作认真细致,责任心强,擅长整理和统筹安排。
无需工作经验,但有办公室或物流相关经验者优先。
适合在校生、应届毕业生、OPT 持有者、实习生,或需要弹性工作时间的人。
薪资 & 工作时间:
$19-$22/小时
