待遇： $20-23/小时（依经验与能力而定）
• 需合法工作身份，至少两年以上物流或行政客服经验者优先
• 负责处理客户订单并与仓库协调作业；回覆客户查询；确认货物发货及运输状态；协助客户现场will call订单及退货处理
• 精通中英文（听、说、读、写）；具备基本Microsoft Office操作能力
• 工作态度责任心强，具备良好的协调与沟通能力
• 细心负责，工作认真

公司地点： Walnut, CA 91789

工作时间：
周一至周五，每周40小时（午休30分钟）

Position: Cashier and Administrative Customer Service Personnel (Multiple Positions)

Compensation: $20-23/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Legal work status required; at least two years of experience in logistics or administrative customer service preferred
• Responsibilities include processing customer orders and coordinating with warehouse operations; responding to customer inquiries; confirming shipment and delivery status; assisting with will-call orders and handling returns
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening); basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Must be responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and diligent in work

Location: Walnut, CA 91789

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break)
