We are looking for a housemate to take the master bedroom on the third floor.
This master bedroom has the bedroom, one addtional room can be used as an office or living room and private bathroom, walkin closet. total over 650 sqft. very good privacy. you have the entire third floor to yourself. No double occupancy.

The other housemates are all young professionals working in digital marketing, healthcare. they live in the bedrooms on the second floor. 2 guys, one girl.
Shared living room and kitchen are on the first floor.

We have a big dog in the house too, very friendly and quiet. super cute.

About the house: a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhouse. All utilities are included.
we are looking for someone similar to us, good credit score, clean, quiet, and respectful.
