我司成立于2011年，主营皮毛一体及各类真皮或非真皮室内外鞋（具体产品可浏览我司网站www.wuxiprosper.com），我司数十年间和欧美很多客户建立了长久的贸易合作关系，现因我司拓展海外市场需要，需在美国招聘办事处人员.

(1)岗位职责：

1. 招聘人数： 1人，年龄男女不限
2. 在鞋类行业有工作经验，对我司产品对应的客户群有认识度和熟悉度。
3. 能够独立开拓海外市场销售渠道，开拓新客户。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力，责任心强，将我司产品推荐给对应的客户公司。
5. 维护协调好公司和美国客户的合作伙伴关系。优化客户结构，建设丰富的客户阵列，做好客户服务，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
6. 为客户解决基础的产品和技术问题，跟踪客户诉求。做好售前，售后服务工作，提升客户满意度。
7. 可在家办公。
8. 薪资待遇：底薪 Commission（面议）

(2)任职要求：
1. 本科及其以上。
2. 3年以上相关工作经验。
3. 有敏锐的市场洞察力，对市场机会点的识别有准确判断力。
4. 出色的沟通能力。
5. 熟练使用MS office软件。

Our company was founded in 2011Y. Our main production are all kinds of Indoor&Outdoor footwear made by DFS/Leather/Non-Leather(webstie: www.wuxiprosper.com). We have established long-term and fine business relationship with many Europe and Amerima clients. Now, because we need to expand more markets and clients, we need to recruit office staff in the United States.

(1) Position Requirements:
1. Number of applicants: 1person, male or female
2. Working experience in footwear industry and familiarity with the customers of our products
3. Can independently develop overseas market sales, and new customers.
4. Have good communication skills & high responsibility, and recommend our products to the corresponding customer companies.
5. Maintain and coordinate the partnerships between the company and American customers. Optimize the customer structure, build a successful customer base, provide best customer service, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Solve basic product and technical problems for customers, and track customer demands. Do well in pre-sale and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Can work at home
8. Wage: Basic salary Sales Commision



(2) Job Qualifications
1. Graduate degree or above
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Have a keen market insight, and have an accurate judgment on the identification of the markets hot-sale productions
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Proficient in using the MS office software
