HR BUSINESS PARTER SUPERVISOR
1. 招聘。负责公司管理岗位和关键核心岗位的招聘。
2. 绩效。开展绩效管理，制定并持续跟踪，反馈，改进。
3. 组织会议。了解业务发展阶段，并配以人力资源角度的帮助，激励团队。
4. 员工关系。沟通与员工关怀。
5. 明确培训需求和定期组织培训。
6、其他HR相关职责
1. Talent Acquisition. Responsible for the key positions inuding the manager roles.
2. Performance Management. Carrying out the performance evaluation and apply the KPI results for PDCA improvement cycle.
3. Organizing the business meeting, including the sales meeting and assisting the management team to motivate the team.
4. Employee relationship management. Ensure the two-way communication efficiently in workplace and arrange the well-being initiatives.
5. Identify training requirements and organize the regular professional trainings. 6.Other HR responsibilities
