Winjet Auto currently seeking an E-commerce Sales Assistant Clerk to join our E-commerce team in City of Industry, CA. We are selling on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of E-commerce operation, and must be able to think strategically and also perform day to day task.

*Responsibilities*
• Printing daily shipping label on ShipStation
• Basic understanding of Amazon FBA Shipment
• Labeling and packing Amazon FBA Shipment
• Process return packages and manages RMA

*Requirements*
• Basic Customer Service Experience
• Must be able to Read and Speak Chinese and English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details
