1.Purchasing Specialist, Food and Beverage 食品买手助理

Job Type
全职

买手助理将辅助食品买手计划，采购和购买其所属类别中所有产品。
日常工作包括维护供应商关系，维护现有产品库存及创建新产品，协助采购经理进行下单并跟踪到货。
他/她还将与我们的市场营销和促销团队互动，协助采购经理制定定价和销售计划，并就如何扩展和扩展我们的客户群以及提高GMV的增长和利润做出决策。
我们的销售团队的目标是在保持健康利润的同时，推动GMV和客户增长。

Responsibilities
1． 负责/协助采购经理开展商品部的全面工作，保证食品类目业务的有效运转；
2． 协助采购经理对食品品类规划执行落地；
3． 完成食品类目的销售目标，达成销售、利润、库存考核等各项指标；
4． 不断优化供应链，开发引进优质供应商，维护与供应商的良好合作关系；
5． 对新商品的开发、引进做出评估和预判； 根据产品动销数据，及时对品类商品进行汰换，优化
6． 了解市场趋势，具有市场洞察力，及时对销售数据进行分析，发现问题并提出解决方案；
7． 协助采购经理洽谈并执行品类营销活动。

Routine Work
1．负责完成商品在运营后台系统的提报，并核对库存、价格、佣金，并进行APP商品上架
2．负责新品送审、新品证照、合同、促销协议等事项跟进和文件归档
3．协助采购经理进行商品下单并跟踪到货情况
4．协助采购经理关注活动商品库存变动情况并提出建议
5．负责与数维小组对接，完成采购订单、成本维护等表单
6．对财务部对账过程中遇到的问题提供协助和支持，
7．与客服对接，协助客满解决客诉问题
8．与物流对接，协助完成代销仓开仓等事宜
9．维护组内办公环境，样品管理和整理

Qualifications
1．Bachelor或以上；
2. 有1年以上采购，或互联网平台，或食品相关经验者优先；
3．具有一定的谈判能力、供应商开发能力，拥有一定的供应商资源者优先；
4．具有一定的数据分析能力，能够把握商品市场行情，对商品的销售做出预判；
5．较强沟通能力和抗压能力。

Salary
$14 - 20 每小时，正式员工享受带薪年假和商业健康保险

The Purchasing Specialist who is responsible for assisting Sr. Purchasing Manager to planning, sourcing, and purchasing all products within his/her category(ies).
Daily functions include building and managing vendor relations, maintaining existing product lines, and setting up new product lines respectively.
He/she will also assist Sr. Purchasing Manager to interact with our marketing and promotion teams to come up with pricing and selling plans and make decisions on how to scale and expand our customer base and drive GMV growth and margins.
The goal of our merchandising team is to drive GMV and customer growth while maintaining healthy margins.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for / assist the Sr. Purchasing Manager to carry out the overall work of the commodity department to ensure the effective operation of the food category business;
2. Assist the Sr. Purchasing Manager in the implementation of food category planning;
3. To complete the sales target of food category, and achieve various indicators such as sales, profit, inventory evaluation;
4. Continuously optimize the supply chain, develop and introduce high-quality suppliers, and maintain good cooperative relations with suppliers;
5. Evaluate and predict the development and introduction of new products; according to product dynamic sales data, timely replace and optimize category products
6. Understand market trends, have market insights, analyze sales data in a timely manner, find problems and propose solutions;
7. Assist the Sr. Purchasing Manager to negotiate and implement category marketing activities.

Routine Work
1. Responsible for completing the reporting of products in the operating background system, checking inventory, prices, and commissions, and launching APP products;
2. Responsible for the follow-up of new product submissions, new product licenses, contracts, promotion agreements and other matters and file filing;
3. Assist the Sr. Purchasing Manager to place orders and track the arrival of goods;
4. Assist the Sr. Purchasing Manager to pay attention to the changes in the inventory of active goods and make suggestions;
5. Responsible for docking with the digital dimension team, completing purchase orders, cost maintenance and other forms;
6. Provide assistance and support to the problems encountered in the reconciliation process of the Finance Department;
7. Working with CS to assist CS in solving customer complaints;
8. Integrate with logistics team and assist in completing the opening of consignment sales warehouse;
9. Maintain the office environment in the group, manage and organize samples;

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above;
2. More than 1 year of purchasing, or Internet platform, or food related experience is preferred;
3. Have negotiation ability, supplier development ability, and have certain supplier resources are preferred;
4. Have certain data analysis capabilities, be able to grasp commodity market conditions, and make predictions on commodity sales ;
5. Strong communication skills and ability to withstand pressure.

Salary
$14 - 20 per hour, Full-time employees have PTO and Commercial Health Insurance
