您好！请问我3月份申请的I-130，我5月24号收到Post Decision Activity 这个，我的律师告诉我，一个月内会收到一个报税的信，我想知道下一步该怎么走，该收到什么信？大概多久收到下一封信？对于整个我的移民申请还需要多久？谢谢！

是啊 就是这个IR1 ，K3也申请了 我现在就想知道 已经收到这个批准信了，那就是代表已经寄往广州了吗？还是要再收到一封信才能寄往广州？那我什么时候能收到签证通知？大概要多久

可是他后面是这么写的
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

那就是说没有转到大使馆了吧 那是不是还要等很久 您接触的案例比较多 能不能给我个大概的时间
