with one check of $1760 ($1225 for I-485 and $535 for I-130)
*Form I-485 Application for Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
*A copy of Benificiary's Birth Certificate
*A copy of Marriage Certificate and
*Other proof of relationship (银行共同账户/信用卡共同账户/手机共同账户/共同房产证or 共同租房合同/医疗保险/车辆保险）
*A copy of Benificiary's China passport, B-2 visa page, and I-94
*I-130A with 2 photos（两人的标准照片各两张）
*Form I-693 （医生封好的）

Tax Returns 2014 to 2016 (with bank statements)
