Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (bilingual Chinese & English)

Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with clients and teammates
Respond to client questions in a timely manner by phone, email, etc.Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, including explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!)
Quickly and accurately file applications and process claims
Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed

Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
High school diploma or GED is required
Must be authorized to work in the US
