Jerry was very knowledgeable and got things done in a timely fashion. He was wonderful to work with. During negotiations with the buyer, he skillfully guided us through all aspect of the sale. He made selling my condo incredibly easy and as stress free as a transaction like this can be. He has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and is invaluable. He is very detail oriented and makes himself available during every step of the process! The photographer and the 3D floor plan and 3D tour made my house look gorgeous and the listing really stood out as something special. The marketing was fantastic. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future!
