Dear CSSA members,
How are you doing? Since all the finals are gone, what are we waiting for!!!
Just go outside to soak in the beautiful sun shine, to breath the fresh air and
to explore the wonders of the mother nature. Do NOT miss the greatest chance for you to
join us for hiking in San Gabriel River - East Fork, to take a really wonderful break
after such a busy quarter.
This trip takes you along the banks of the east fork of the San Gabriel River.
While the river banks are wooded and quite lovely, most of the trail traverses the rim
above the high water line and most of your travel is through scrub brush.
The highlight of the hike is a mysterious bridge built over the east fork in 1936,
which has no road leading to it. It will be a fantastic trip cause you may find
a picture composed of ýýýýýýýýýýýý (Xiao3 Qiao2 Liu2 Shui3 Ren2 Jia1) like a transitional
Chinese painting unfolding in front of you. Do you miss that for a long long time? Then, let's go.
